3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund only within the first 7 days after purchase, under the following conditions: The service is completely inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end
The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
You have not exceeded 20% usage of your subscription period
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following situations: The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
You changed your mind after purchase
Your device is not compatible with IPTV services
Issues caused by your internet connection or ISP
You forgot to cancel before renewal
The subscription has been partially or fully used
5. How to Request a Refund

A screenshot of the WhatsApp message where you received your login credentials
Refund requests without these 3 elements will not be processed.
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
6. Chargebacks
We kindly ask customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
